MEDIA-I: Penton Media to launch Internet World monthly

Penton Media Asia is to launch the monthly magazine Internet World

in May.

The publication will provide information on the development of Asia's

internet and technology industries.

According to the magazine's editor-in-chief, Duncan Craig, the title has

a pool of international reporters.

The magazine will cover news across Asia led by senior editor Steven

Schwankert.

"Internet World is a controlled circulation publication for corporate

buyers of Internet-related products and services, using initially, but

not limited to, the Internet World events database," said publisher

Robert Ferguson.

He added the title would target advertisers "wanting to reach this new

breed of internet business strategists."
