McCann Worldwide chief growth officer Don Norris said the work was shared with J. Walter Thompson in certain markets in the past. "McCann will directly implement the international creative campaign sourced from our agency in Frankfurt, Germany. In some cases, where there is a clear opportunity to leverage greater demand for Siemens' phones, we will be using work created by our local agencies in the region," said Norris. Desmond So, CEO of JWT Hong Kong, confirmed that a pitch took place in Shanghai and other regional markets. "As far as I know, this was a regional alignment," So said, but declined to say if the agency was handling the business at the time of the pitch. The account will be handled out of Singapore and Shanghai.
