Singapore property developer Keppel Land has awarded its BG Junction Mall account to Matari Advertising following a competitive pitch.

According to Roche Rosales, Matari account director, new business development, a campaign is expected to kick off shortly for the Surabaya-based shopping centre, which is still under construction. Rosales said Matari had been charged with "launching the mall from conceptualisation, including selling and leasing of units to buyers/owners/tenants, and creating excitement among the public". The shopping centre will house a mix of retailers, from fashion and electronics to supermarkets such as Carrefour and entertainment venues. Key executives handling the account include group account director Henny Hendraeni, creative director Dadi Santos and media planning manager Nia Surniasari. The agency also handles the Honda motorcycle, Indomie Instant Noodle, Konimex and Telekom Flexi accounts.
