"We had been handling PR internally, but decided to go with Madison on the basis of its understanding, ability and strategy presented to us," said Pallavi Jha, spokesperson, Walchand Capital which represents DCT in India.

Dale Carnegie, which focus-es on training in areas such as communication, leadership, customer satisfaction, PR skills etc, is already working with individuals as well as organisations in India. "Here in India, Dale Carnegie is known as a writer, but not as an organisation for training. Our focus is going to be on positioning our client as an expert in its competency arena. Also, our role to increase the number of customers choosing Dale Carnegie for their needs," said Veena Gidwani, CEO, Madison PR.

Madison PR will target corporate executives, influencers, celebrities, social organisations etc. "We plans to provide media exposure for trainers and we are working on case studies and testimonials," said Gidwani.

At Madison, Andrew Fernandez, senior account manager, and Sarita Prem, account executive, will work on the account under the supervision of Gidwani.
