Windoe replaces Ranjeetha Menon, technical advisor to InterfaceBPN. She reports to former DDB exective David Wibowo, president director of InterfaceBPN and NAVA+.
“Kandi’s energy and passion will fit right in our company culture,” said Wibowo. He said he was pleased with her extensive experience in brand planning and communication and believes it would add a new dimension to the hybrid approach of InterfaceBPN and the NAVA+ group of agencies. "We are a stronger team now and look forward to the avant garde quality of work for our esteemed clients.”
The relationship between InterfaceBPN and NAVA+ is an elaborate one. In December 2012, Nava + announced a media tie-up with IPG Mediabrands agency BPN and Interface (formerly M2M Interface) as part of the Nava+ integrated communications group. Nava+ was created after Daya Maha Berkarya (DMB), Advis, Brainstorm, and M2M Interface formed a partnership under the Nava+ Group of Brands in 2011. DMB had previously split from DDB Worldwide in Indonesia after a nine-year partnership.
As the head of InterfaceBPN Indonesia, Windoe said she’s keen to apply experience gained from her creative agency and brand marketing background to develop client communications. “Today, technology has made medium of messaging extremely complex and diversified. I look forward to applying my experience and passion for storytelling to develop the content,” Windoe added.
Windoe has a total 20 years experience on the client and agency side across strategic planning, business development and PR. She started her career overseeing product innovation and marketing communications for Unilever’s Walls ice cream and later Danone’s Prince Biscuits. She held strategic planning roles in McCann Erickson and DDB. Most recently, she was business partner with Octovate Group.
