Ngo shifts from her role as head of the agency's Maxmarketing division for planning and research, where she has worked on clients including Jollibee, Unilab and Coca-Cola over a ten year period. At 35, she becomes one of the youngest CEOs in the region.

Ramos moves from a stint as senior executive officer, where he managed accounts including Vicks, TM, Greenwich and Gold Eagle Beer over a 15 year spell.

The founders will take on the role of executive chairmen, effective January 2008.

"Bebot and JR are chosen to lead JimenezBasic into the new and richer era of new media with their youthful leadership style," commented the Jimenez duo.

Ngo added: "Being the youngest CEO is both exciting and overwhelming. I've been very luck to have worked with great Philippine advertisers like Tony Mercado, Minyong Ordonez and of course Mon and Abby. I'm blessed that we have a vibrant Publicis network, supportive clients and enthusiastic staff."
