INTERNET WEB BRIEFINGS: Modem-based Internet service for HK

Hong Kong Cable TV subsidiary i-Cable Communications has formed a

technical partnership with Terayon Communication Systems to provide Hong

Kong's first modem-based Internet service. "Our new cable modem service

will mark the launch of an array of broadband services, spanning data,

advanced video and voice services," said i-Cable deputy chairman,

president and CEO Stephen Ng.
