BERLIN: Global turmoil and the effects of change on corporations operating in the global marketplace form the theme of this year's International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) Summit.

It is the first time the event, entitled Building Brands and Relationships in a Changing World, has been organised in association with PRWeek; with both ICCO and the editors of PRWeek's titles in the UK, US, Asia-Pacific and Germany working in concert with the heads of the world's top consultancies to create the 2003 programme.The Berlin event is from October 15-17. Senior corporate, PR and media figures will speak on the challenge of communicating in the global marketplace.
