HEADLINES: Publicis Groupe completes merger with Bcom3

Publicis Groupe SA has completed its merger with Bcom3, forming the world's fourth-largest advertising and communications group, with a combined worldwide revenue of US$4.5 billion. The deal also sees Dentsu becoming a 15 per cent shareholder of Publicis. The new group's agency brands include Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, D'Arcy, Fallon, Starcom MediaVest and Zenith Optimedia.
