HEADLINES: P&G Korea moves $6m planning brief to Starcom

Procter & Gamble Korea has awarded US$6 million dollars worth of media planning business to Starcom. The assignment is for three brands - Codi, Whisper and Cutie - while media buying will remain with PDS, an agency jointly owned by Phoenix, Dentsu and Starcom. Seoul D'Arcy, which is partly-owned by Starcom's parent company, was the incumbent and it retains the creative assignment. Starcom pitched against Phoenix and Grey for the business.
