The Fortune Group is purchasing Business 2.0 magazine, a move it

claims will strengthen its leadership position in the business news

category.



The group will combine Business 2.0 with its eCompany Now magazine and

relaunch it as a monthly publication in September. The redesigned

magazine will retain the name Business 2.0.
