Greater China: TBWA bolsters HK creative for work on Sunday

The agency's Hong Kong executive creative director James Cheung said it was necessary to strengthen the creative team ahead of a summer brand campaign for Sunday, an account it won in late 2004.

Lin, who joins the agency from JWT Hong Kong and boasts a clutch of Clio, New York Festivals and London International Advertising Awards trophies, will also work on the Sony and Adidas businesses, while Wong will focus on the Standard Chartered Bank account.

Wong joins the agency from Lowe Hong Kong, where she was creative director on HSBC, Johnson & Johnson, EPS and PPS. Prior to that, she was associate creative director at DDB Worldwide Hong Kong on Chase Manhattan, AIG credit cards, McDonald's and Compaq. Lin, meanwhile, worked at Lowe, FCB and MK2 Communications as creative director on Samsung, HSBC, Fairwood and MTR prior to Lowe.

TBWA has also appointed Michele Hui as group account director on Standard Chartered. Hui, who has more than 12 years' advertising and marketing experience, was group account director at DDB Hong Kong.
