Centro walks off with 3 trophies at Monitor Awards

Los Angeles: Hong Kong-based Centro Digital Pictures has walked off

with three major trophies at the International Monitor Awards in the

United States - the only Asian company to win accolades at the show this

year.



Centro was awarded the best 3D animation prize in a television for its

production of LeonStarEastNet.com; best 3D animation in a music video

for Cantopop star Leon Lai; and best visual effects in a TV commercial

for Orange WAP Telephones.



The International Monitor Awards is a global competition which honours

excellence in the production and post-production industry, including

producers, editors, animators, graphic designers and visual effects

artists.
