CAREERS: Movers - Lowe & Partners

Lowe & Partners has promoted Stephen Drummond, strategic planning director at its Hong Kong office, to strategic planning director for Greater China. Drummond will also continue in his role as planning director on the HSBC Asia-Pacific account. Matt Bartelsian, formerly client service director for Lowe Singapore, has taken the role of business director at the agency's Shanghai office. Bartelsian will manage a range of client business, including Unilever and HSBC. The agency also appointed Tiger Fu (above, left) previously with J. Walter Thompson China, as new business director for Lowe China.
