Leo Burnett Kreasindo Indonesia bagged the Adhi Prima Citra
Pariwara Award (best of the best), in addition to winning another three
'best' awards, 11 golds, five silvers and one bronze trophies.
The Adhi Citra Pariwara trophy was won for the Tawuran Musik Levi's
outdoor poster titled "Gigi"("Teeth"), part of a series of ads created
for the 1999 Levi's Music Brawl.
The campaign was also awarded the best of print title and two other
golds.
"Our creative work is a result of human/consumer insight based on
Indonesian culture with a global working standard," said Burnett
Kreasindo creative director Gandhi Suryoto.
According to Burnett Kreasindo CEO Berndt Soderbum, the agency's wins
this year confirmed the "standard expertise" of its staff as the awards
were spread out over several clients and campaigns.
"It is not a gift from heaven, it is the fruit of our three-year planned
strategy implemented across the company," he said.
