Bates 141 Philippines boosts planning, creative teams

THE PHILIPPINES - Bates 141 Philippines has appointed CJ Jimenez as its new director of strategic planning, while Jason Drilon has taken on the reins as associate creative director. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Jimenez joins Bates 141 from Publicis Jimenez Basic where he held the post of planning director. In his new role, he will primarily be responsible for the development of specific strategies relating to the business challenges of the agency's clients.

Drilon brings with him over 10 years' experience in writing for advertising, customer relationship management and digital marketing. He most recently worked at Ogilvy Advertising.

According to a Bates spokesperson, Drilon is fully conversant in digital platforms and technologies, website wireframe development and site architecture.
