UPDATE: Bates 141 appoints Patrick Leclercq as chief strategist

Said Tim Isaac, regional chairman, Bates 141 following the appointment of John Ng as MD Bates 141 Singapore and Patrick Leclercq as chief strategist, “John and Patrick are critical to the vision of the Singapore office as an incubator for a completely new model of agency.”

Leclercq was previously marketing director and partner at Ogilvy New York, where he was the co-lead for IBM’s worldwide advertising account. He is the product of the WPP Fellowship program, an initiative to develop high-caliber management talent with experience across a range of marketing disciplines.

“Patrick’s strength lies in being an integrated digital thinker who was fast tracked across various operating companies within WPP. With both onboard, we are in a great position to engage our clients with fresh thinking about their business ambitions and challenges, and to help them create fresh conversations with their consumers,” added Tim.
