The agency won the business after a seven-way pitch that involved Bates 141, DDB, Dentsu, Creads and Lancer Design.

The government body launched a tender on 15 January this year.

In January, MOM appointed Dentsu to drive the employment of older workers in the city-state, an account reportedly worth US$1.1 million.

Last year December, MOM appointed DDB as its creative agency to market Singapore’s workforce to the international business community while Leo Burnett won a brief to promote work-life balance among Singaporeans.
