Kirsty Muddle has been appointed CEO of Ogilvy ANZ to succeed Sally Kissane, who stepped down in July after 30 years with the agency. Muddle joins from Dentsu, where she was CEO of Products and Practices, overseeing a wide remit spanning creative, PR, government, customer experience, Salesforce, insight, data and technology, commerce, and B2B. She wrote on LinkedIn, saying that “the decision hasn’t come lightly” and expressing confidence that Dentsu will continue to grow under incoming ANZ CEO Rob Harvey, who replaced Patricio de Matteis in August. At Ogilvy, Muddle will lead operations across advertising, PR, social, influencer, customer engagement, consulting, and health. She will work alongside Richard Brett, president of Ogilvy PR South Pacific, and ECDs Max McKeon and Bridget Jung. The agency’s top creative role remains open following CCO Toby Talbot’s departure in August. Muddle will start her new role in February. Ogilvy ANZ recently won the Tourism New Zealand and Specsavers accounts and was named Network of the Year at the 2025 APAC Effie Awards.
 
Audi Singapore has awarded its PR agency of record to Team Lewis after a competitive pitch. Rice PR is the incumbent that has held the account for three years. Under the remit, Team Lewis will lead strategic communications, media relations, and storytelling across the brand’s portfolio, supporting key milestones including Audi’s Formula 1 debut in 2026, while driving engagement with both new and existing customers in Singapore.
 
Sports drink brand 100plus has expanded its partnership with Dentsu Malaysia, as the agency takes on the creative and social media mandate following its appointment as media agency of record in 2024. Dentsu will spearhead the brand experience for the iconic beverage across paid, earned, and owned channels, connecting strategy, creativity, and technology to best reach consumers. Owned by Thai-Singaporean company F&N, 100plus was first launched in 1983 in Malaysia and Singapore.
 
FCB India has appointed Hari Krishnan as chief growth officer, overseeing growth across the agency and leading full-funnel marketing and new business development. With over 20 years of experience in advertising, marketing and consulting, he has held roles with Mullen Lowe India and Sri Lanka, Grey, and JWT, creating campaigns for brands such as Unilever, Audi, and Tata Tea. Based in Mumbai, he will report to group CEO, FCB India and South Asia, Dheeraj Sinha.
 
Sri Jegarajah has joined Cisco as senior director, strategic communications, APJC, leading the tech company's strategy across various domains, including AI infrastructure and cybersecurity. With nearly three decades of experience in business journalism, he was previously a correspondent with Dow Jones and Bloomberg. He was most recently an anchor and correspondent with CNBC, where he spent over 20 years covering regional news.
 
Era Singapore has appointed DDB Singapore as its first-ever agency of record, leading the real estate firm's creative product. Era is a prominent real estate agency in the region with 600 offices in over 13 markets. DDB announced the partnership with its debut campaign for the realtor, featuring several of its top directors and experienced agents. The campaign will run for over 15 weeks across online platforms and national OOH placements. 
 
Alin Dobrea has joined Airwallex as marketing director, SEA, overseeing the fintech company's regional marketing strategy and execution, modernising infrastructure from cross-border payments and embedded finance to global treasury and expansion. With more than 13 years of experience in scaling brands across B2B and B2C/DTC in Asia and Europe, he was previously director of marketing and partnerships at Zalora for over seven years, driving retail media across six markets. He announced the move on LinkedIn.

Salesforce has made two key appointments. Apisit Kuparatana has joined as regional vice president and Thailand managing director, overseeing customer and partner relationships and spearheading agentic AI transformations at scale. He has over 30 years of experience leading tech MNCs, and founded Altra Group, a management consulting firm. Andreas Diantoro has joined as country leader and president director of Indonesia, driving customer support in an agentic enterprise. He previously held senior leadership roles at SAP, Del, Microsoft, and HP across Singapore, Australia, and Indonesia.

Design Hotels has appointed integrated marketing agency Finn Partners to lead communications for the hospitality firm in APAC, overseeing strategic public relations, storytelling, and content creation in the region, excluding China. The agency has over 35 offices in three continents, with a headcount of 1300+ people. Design Hotels has a portfolio of more than 300 independent hotels in 50+ countries.
