This app is the latest in a series of digital and local initiatives launched over the past year including the expansion of The Wall Street Journal's iPad app to include a dedicated edition for Asia.

Furthering its investment in Asia, The Wall Street Journal also recently announced that All Things Digital is expanding its conference to include an inaugural AsiaD event in Hong Kong this October.
