Brooks will be responsible for advancing UM's digital media practice in Singapore, delivering strategic thinking to the agency's client base and expanding the agency's digital offerings.

UM said Brooks' experience in digital strategy would enable clients to devise and execute innovative technology solutions that maximise media ROI, improve business workflow and adapt to brands' strategic needs.

Prior to his appointment, he was associate strategy director at J3 and UM where he managed a portfolio of six brands, identifying innovative media and technology solutions that fit each brands' strategic needs.

As digital manager, Marshall will manage digital media across the agency's client base, including handling day-to-day operations of clients such as Maybank, Mastercard, Sony Pictures and Microsoft.

He assumes the position after previously being digital account manager at UM. Prior to this, he had stints as digital account executive at ZenithOptimedia and Starcom Digital.

Meanwhile, Kaur will handle all search activities for Reprise Media in Singapore, including managing online advertising for UM clients.

She began her career at GroupM India as search marketing analyst, and has worked with clients including Nokia, Virgin Mobile, Pepsi, Forbes and LG.
