As the creative industry continues to navigate unprecedented transformation, one truth remains constant: Asia-Pacific has emerged as a driving force of innovation that's capturing global attention.
This March, the Spikes Asia Creative Campus will bring together the region's most forward-thinking industry leaders for an intensive exploration of how creativity builds brands, earns trust, and creates measurable impact in today's rapidly evolving landscape.
From local culture to global impact
What sets this year's Creative Campus apart is its focus on the region's distinctive creative DNA. Attendees will dive deep into the trends currently reshaping the creative landscape, from the explosive growth of short-form video content and the integration of online commerce to the sophisticated use of AI-powered creativity and craft and the powerful influence of local cultural nuances on globally resonant ideas.
The initial speaker lineup brings together diverse perspectives from across the creative and marketing spectrum. Eugene Lee, APAC CMO at Chagee, will share insights on building brands that resonate across diverse markets, while Nicole Tan, managing director of Meta Singapore, is expected to explore the platform's role in shaping regional creative expression.
B2B creativity takes centre stage with Jon Stona, vice president of Global Marketing at Airwallex, bringing a fintech perspective to the conversation, alongside Wendy Walker, who serves as president of the Creative B2B Jury—Spikes Asia’s newest award category. The B2B session will explore how creativity is reshaping B2B marketing, examining strategies for transforming vast data resources into compelling creative insights that drive business results.
Meanwhile, Rica Facundo from Lions Intelligence will present on 'How to Win in 2030'—offering a future-focused perspective on the global, data-driven trends shaping creative effectiveness. Additional speakers are due to be announced soon.
Beyond the main stage presentations, the Creative Campus will feature specialised Labs—smaller working sessions designed for deep-dive exploration of critical industry skills. The Labs will tackle practical challenges, including how to craft award-winning entries, how to create exceptional AI-powered videos, and how to develop robust creative evaluation frameworks. The Labs format ensures participants leave with immediately applicable skills and strategies.
Beyond the campus: Building community
The Creative Campus extends beyond formal sessions with carefully curated networking opportunities designed to foster meaningful connections. The IAA Singapore & Spikes Asia Present: Next Gen Creativity event will bridge generational gaps, bringing emerging talent face-to-face with senior industry leaders for conversations that challenge conventions and explore evolving creative standards.
Meanwhile, Creative Connections & Conversations, hosted in partnership with The Marketing Society, thenetworkone, and Verve The Live Agency, promises to be a celebration of the industry's boundary-pushing spirit—complete with light bites, beverages, and the kind of informal networking that often sparks the most innovative collaborations.
Finally, See It Be It Connects: Spikes Asia will take place on Wednesday, 11 March. This transformative morning session is designed specifically for women and non-binary talent who are ready to step into leadership roles.
The bigger picture: Spikes Week 2026
The Creative Campus serves as the intellectual anchor for a week-long celebration of APAC creativity. The Young Spikes Competition will showcase the region's emerging talent, with live presentations and judging at the Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore on March 11, followed by the winner’s announcement and debrief at the National Design Centre on March 12.
For senior marketing leaders, the week also features the exclusive, invitation-only CMO Growth Council—a closed-door forum where the region's most influential chief marketing officers will engage in strategic discussions about the future of marketing leadership and creative excellence.
The week culminates with the Spikes Asia Awards Gala and Dinner at The Capitol Theatre, where 2026's benchmark-setting work will be revealed and celebrated. Notably, Awards Ceremony and Dinner passes include access to the Creative Campus, recognising the integral connection between learning and recognition in driving industry excellence.
For an industry constantly evolving, Spikes Asia Week represents a front-row seat to witness how APAC creativity is not just participating in global conversations but actively shaping them.
