Spikes Asia Week 2026 puts upskilling and community front and centre

From Young Spikes to Creative Campus and See It Be It, Spikes Asia Week 2026 doubles down on skills, support and connection for the region’s next generation of creative leaders.

Spikes Asia Week 2026 is shaping up to be an inspiring moment for APAC creative professionals to sharpen their skills, spark new ideas, and strengthen meaningful industry connections.

Taking place from March 9-12 in Singapore, this year’s programme places a stronger emphasis on skill and career development, reflecting the challenges facing teams who are being asked to deliver more with less—while keeping pace with new technologies, platforms and client demands.

Expect standout speakers at the Creative Campus, a strengthened Young Spikes programme with a new Meta-led pre-competition workshop, and the long-awaited return of See It Be It Connects for women and nonbinary creatives.

Meta backs next-generation talent through Young Spikes

A key highlight for 2026 is Meta partnering with the Young Spikes Competition, reinforcing Spikes Asia’s commitment to nurturing early-career creatives.

Young Spikes remains one of the few regional competitions offering emerging talent the chance to test their abilities under real pressure and gain visibility in front of senior creatives and marketers. Meta’s involvement brings additional support and platform expertise to participants, hosting a pre-competition workshop that will give entrants the opportunity to deepen their understanding of cultural insights, explore the new tribes and evolving codes of social, and gain clarity on what to expect during the competition. The session is designed to help participants sharpen their thinking and enter the challenge with confidence.

Young Spikes entries close on 2 March

The Creative Campus focuses on practical learning and industry connection

Taking place on March 12 at the National Design Centre, the Creative Campus delivers a mix of interactive workshops, hands-on sessions and small group learning designed to help creatives sharpen practical skills, not just expand their inspiration bank.

From creative strategy and storytelling to platform-specific craft, the programme is structured around the skills agencies say they need most right now. Learn from industry leaders like Eugene Lee from Chagee, Jon Stona from Airwallex, Meta’s Nicole Tan,

Monica Bhatia from LinkedIn, and many more from across the marketing and communications spectrum.

The Creative Campus also builds in dedicated networking opportunities-something many teams have lost amid hybrid working and reduced regional travel.

See It Be It returns to Spikes Asia

See It Be It returns to Spikes Asia with a SIBI Connects event aimed at supporting women and non-binary creatives on the path to leadership.

See It Be It, founded in 2014 with the mission to achieve equal gender representation of creative directors, has elevated a worldwide community of 150+ creatives through the flagship programme at Cannes Lions.

Taking the impact beyond the week in Cannes, the SIBI Connects series was launched - bringing learnings and in-person connection to our community, tackling confidence, resilience, adaptability, and negotiation.

The SIBI Connects session takes place on March 11 and will focus on confidence, resilience, adaptability and negotiation. The morning format blends breakfast networking with facilitated conversations, mentorship and learning, giving attendees space to connect, reflect and share experiences.
