Ogilvy combines interactive arm and CRM division

According to Chris Riley, managing director of OgilvyOne Hong Kong, the agency will continue to offer interactive services through OgilvyOne, but "interactive will not be a separate unit". The move, he said, was planned more than a year ago "to achieve high leverage for client needs" and would provide a single point of contact for clients. "A number of staff were affected in April, Riley added. Kent Wertime, CEO of OgilvyInteractive and now vice-president of OgilvyOne, will now report to John Goodman, president of OgilvyOne Asia-Pacific.
