The Mutiara Beach Resort Penang has opened a new beachfront conference centre it says will offer "conference and incentive planners the ultimate venue to have their meetings at one of Malaysia's most popular beach resorts".

PENANG The Mutiara Beach Resort Penang has opened a new beachfront conference centre it says will offer "conference and incentive planners the ultimate venue to have their meetings at one of Malaysia's most popular beach resorts". The new wing has been named The Catch and features three main meeting rooms with their own breakout rooms. Two of the rooms are 162sqm, seating up to 120 people theatre-style, 50 in a classroom and 24 boardroom-style. The largest meeting room is 216sqm and seats 182 theatre-style, 72 in a classroom. It can also seat 150 for a banquet.
