Insurer pounces on low HK travel insurance buys

The campaign revolves around a print ad - with full details of the company's travel insurance plans -which are placed on the back of all train seats.

The campaign follows the setting up of a call centre, which can provide travellers with coverage within an hour of their calls.

Aviva assistant general manager, Ken Reid, said he hoped the Airport Express campaign would "instill good habits in travellers over the long term".

"There are many incidents which can occur when traveling which are at best frustrating and at worst life threatening," he said.
