GroupM Thailand unveils new management structure

BANGKOK - GroupM has unveiled a new leadership team in Thailand, with MindShare's head of strategy Paul Gibbons promoted to managing director and current MindShare MD Stephanie Bell (pictured) rising to CEO and chairman of GroupM Thailand.

Bell's promotion comes after a four-year term running MindShare Thailand, and a seven-year stint within the network.

Mark Patterson, GroupM CEO APAC, noted: Steph is smart, savvy and a strong leader. With her skills now encompassing the whole group our businesses will thrive and change at the pace we want and need.

Gibbins has spent 11 years of his career with MindShare, the last eight in Thailand.

Both promotions are in line with MindShare's revamped business model which positions MindShare as a full-service marketing business.
