ASIA-PACIFIC: Independent marketing consultancy R3 has appointed former Johnson & Johnson marketer Ellesha Kirby as business analyst.
The former regional manager of franchise development for J&J will report to R3 principal, Greg Paull. Based in Sydney, one of Kirby's initial tasks will focus on improving the process in developing communication, an area in which R3 had worked with J&J previously. She will also handle clients regionally, as well as expanding R3's Australian roster of clients.
"A great deal of marketing value is lost through bad process -- on the client side as much as the agency," said Kirby. "I'm looking forward to helping regional marketers generate more collaborative working approaches, as this can become a competitive edge."
At J&J, Kirby was responsible for overseeing the brand's relationships and compensation with agencies across the region. She brings to the table more than 10 years' experience on the client-side, at both J&J and Procter & Gamble.
