Asia-Pacific YouTube Ads Leaderboard: May 2019

The Asia-Pacific YouTube Ads Leaderboard, provided by Google, shows the top ad in each of 13 APAC markets.

Authenticity is key to resonating with audiences, but May’s leaderboard shows that there is no single path towards it. Mitsubishi Motors Taiwan, for example, tapped into the stunningly photogenic but true story of an aquatic photographer, while Watsons in Malaysia turned a journey home for Raya into an amusing fantasy, and Samsung Australia showed how their products help consumers deal with everyday dilemmas. YouTube's flexible creative canvas and its diverse audience offer each brand the space to tell their stories in their own unique way.
