Singapore Navy launches review of creative account

SINGAPORE - The Republic of Singapore Navy has issued a tender for an advertising agency to take on marketing and publicity for the defence force and its recruitment drives.

The account is believed to be subject to obligatory biennial reviews and has been held by Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore for the past 25 years.

According to the tender document, the appointed agency would be contracted for two years and will be charged with through-the-line communications for the Navy’s recruitment and corporate publicity needs.

The appointed agency would also provide pre-media analysis and recommendations for media buys while monitoring the effectiveness of publicity campaigns as well.
