G2 Jakarta scoops Nestle's beverage brands

JAKARTA - Grey Group Indonesia's activation marketing arm, G2 Jakarta, has been appointed by Nestlé Professional as its communications partner, handling retail channel marketing for all its beverage brands in Indonesia.

G2 Jakarta scoops Nestle's beverage brands
G2 Jakarta was awarded the business following a pitch against agencies Momentum Worldwide/McCann Indonesia and Playgroup.

G2 Jakarta’s proposal involved a national campaign for Milo and Nescafé. However, the agency will now handle all of Nestlé’s beverage brands and products.

Nestlé has four strategic brands – Milo, Nescafé, Nestea and Nestlé Drinks – consumed out-of-home at seven channels: full-service restaurants, quick-service restaurants, offices and factories, cafes and bars, hotels, educational institutions and on the street.

Previously, Nestlé Professional implemented its campaigns on an ad-hoc basis using various agencies.

Other recent wins by G2 Jakarta include Barclays’ out-of-home commercial broadcasting, CIMB Niaga, Bank Mandiri’s credit card business and GlaxoSmithKline’s Panadol.
