Tan Kien Eng takes over at Leo Burnett Singapore as Kurt Viertel departs

SINGAPORE - Tan Kien Eng (pictured), the managing director of Leo Burnett Malaysia, has taken over the agency's Singapore operations as Kurt Viertel departs to become MD at Clemenger Harvie Edge Brisbane.
