US-based Gravity4 acquires Hong Kong's Pixels
HONG KONG / SAN FRANCISCO - Marking the US company’s entry into Asia, Gravity4 has taken a 93.7 percent ownership stake in Pixels, with plans to acquire the outstanding 6.3 per cent in the next few months while integrating Pixels' offerings into the Gravity4 Marketing Cloud.
