Ogilvy & Mather adds seven top creative talents in Shanghai
SHANGHAI – Danny Higgins has been appointed as executive creative director for global clients at O&M Group in Shanghai. He joins alongside six new creative directors including Omnicom's Khoo Choo Kian and Michael Chu, returning from Iris in Beijing.
