Popular NSW tourist destinations will be featured on Discovery programmes such as Discovery Atlas and American Chopper, while the tourism board will sponsor Discovery programming that chronicles Sydney’s New Year’s Eve celebrations and the iconic Sydney Opera House.
In addition, Tourism NSW banner ads will be running on Discovery’s websites in Asia and Australia.
Matt Brown, NSW Minister for Tourism, notes: “Discovery Networks distributes many of the world’s most widely distributed television brands and delivers upscale audiences seeking new experiences. This promotion will reach priority markets for Tourism NSW in countries including Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.”
