HEADLINES: Saatchis Hardwick joins Publicis as Shanghai CEO

Publicis Groupe has named Neil Hardwick as chief executive officer of its Shanghai office - a newly-created position. Over the past three years, he was the CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Taiwan and credited with delivering revenue growth above market rates. Hardwick will be replaced by Christopher Fay, most recently the chief marketing officer of I&S/BBDO Japan and prior to that the chief operating officer of McCann-Erickson Taiwan.
