More consumers trust peers over traditional spokespeople: Edelman

ASIA-PACIFIC - Edelman Asia-Pacific has released the results of its annual Trust Barometer Index study, which finds that people in Asia are more trusting of businesses and governments than their US and European counterparts, but also underlines the growing importance of social media—and the risk to brands that fail to use it correctly.
