Walters will report to directly to Bannister and will be located in the office of the chairman, who based in Hong Kong.

When he was appointed in October 2011, Andrew opted to relocate KPMG's office of the chairman to Hong Kong as he felt that China and the entire Asia-Pacific region will be crucially important to the future of the business, said Walters.
