Steven Chang, CEO of ZenithOptimedia Greater China, said Chikli (pictured) has done a terrific job on expanding client accounts, pushing the agency's digital capability and volume, supervising the growth of Performics and attracting digital talent.

The agency reported her achievements in ZenithOptimedia China in the past 10 months, including bringing in more than 15 new clients (including ZenithOptimedia China’s current clients like HTC, Reckitt Benckiser, Mengniu), 150 per cent year-to-date growth for Performics on search marketing, and 600 per cent growth year-to-date for Newcast, its content and social-media agency. The agency also cited Chikli for attracting international talents to the agency, including Jessica Kendall, head of digital strategy and Pete Wong managing director, head of digital China, who both came from GroupM.

Chikli was previously managing director of 400-strong ZenithOptimedia France and CEO of Performics France, where she drove yearly growth of 15 to 20 per cent since 2005. ZenithOptimedia France has been evaluated A+ for six consecutive years by RECMA.

At the end of 2009, while still MD of Zenithoptimedia France, Chikli wears an extra hat as CEO to develop Performics—a digital agency acquired by Publicis group from Google.

Chang added that "with our transformation into digital and the new Live ROI proposition, Mykim will help to further develop our strategic vision, our digital capability and power, improve our operation efficiency and talents development."
