"Our new board members represent disciplines, clients, and geography critical to our growth in the future. We are extremely fortunate to have three such high caliber leaders join our board," Ogilvy chairman Shelly Lazarus, Chairman, and Miles Young, CEO of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, said in a joint statement.

Berman leads Ogilvy's lobbying practice in the US. He joined Ogilvy when the company he founded, Berman Enterprises, a lobbying and business consulting firm, merged with Ogilvy Government Relations in 2004.

Graves became Global CEO of Ogilvy Public Relations in late-2009 after five years running and growing that business in Asia. He has over 23 years experience in business news and joined Ogilvy from Dow Jones.

Grigg leads the Ford account globally for Ogilvy and is also the WPP lead across all the agencies engaged with Ford in Europe. He joined Ogilvy in 1996 as an account director on the Ford Dealers' Advertising Association business and moved on to positions of increasing responsibility in the management of the Ford business.
