Vietnam set to launch new TV network

HO CHI MINH CITY - Vietnam will see the launch a new television network called Vietnam Broadcasting Corporation (VBC) in September. VBC will be a free-to-air analogue and digital network. News reports say that the network could become the first serious competitor to state broadcaster VTV.
