Cross-border e-commerce surges; China and Singapore lead

SINGAPORE - More than two-thirds of online shoppers in Singapore are filling their virtual carts from online retailers in other countries, while China leads APAC in overall cross-border spend, according to new research from PayPal and Ipsos.
