Taking place virtually between 23-24 February, Marketing Works is a unique learning experience designed to strengthen client-agency partnerships and improve the quality, creativity and effectiveness of work.

To ensure your agency is set up for success, there are steps you can take to help your client at every stage of the process — from communicating the marketing strategy and developing the brief to nurturing powerful creative ideas that elevate creativity.
Marketing Works is a hands-on learning experience that will help identify the actions you can take to make collaboration easier so together you are delivering greater creativity and building a stronger client-agency partnership. Guided by leading marketers and agency professionals, you will work on a live case study to deep dive into: 
  • Defining the audience, sharing knowledge, setting roles and responsibilities
  • How to identify and address issues early on
  • Ways to challenge each other and nurture creative ideas
  • How to leverage feedback review sessions with clients
