Market research firm Milieu Insight has appointed Cindy Pang as chief executive officer, Southeast Asia, effective immediately. She will report to group CEO Sundip Chahal, overseeing strategy, commercial execution and expansion across Southeast Asian markets. Pang joins from NielsenIQ, where she served as director from 2022 to 2026. In her new role, she will oversee relationships between clients and Milieu's product, platform and delivery teams to ensure product innovation. She announced the move on LinkedIn.

Bluebell Group has appointed Philippe Guettat as group president and CEO. Guettat joins from Pernod Ricard, where he was most recently executive vice president, global brands from 2023 to 2025, capping nearly 34 years with the drinks giant. In addition, Ivan Zenovic has been elevated to chief people and communications officer, reporting directly to Guettat. He was previously group director of centre of excellence and quality of service. In his new role, he will oversee talent, corporate communications and retail excellence across the group's 2,500-strong workforce and 150-plus brand partners spanning Japan, South Korea, mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.

International strategy studio Untangld has appointed Amanda Quested as managing director in Sydney, strengthening its senior leadership and accelerating global momentum. Bringing over 25 years of experience in brand strategy, growth and communications from roles at M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett and BBH London, Quested has led award-winning work for brands such as CommBank, Samsung, McDonald’s and Unilever. Quested will oversee Australian and international clients, driving growth and deepening partnerships, as Untangld continues to expand its presence, including its recent appointment as strategic brand partner for the Australian Ballet. 

Agassi Sports Entertainment, a racquet sports innovation company, has appointed MKTG Sports + Entertainment (part of dentsu) as its global PR Agency of Record to drive communications strategy amid expansion of its AI-powered Agassi Intelligence platform for tennis, pickleball and padel. Led by Stephanie Rudnick across the US and Australia, MKTG will handle brand positioning, product launches, earned media and executive visibility, leveraging dentsu Sports Analytics for fan insights and performance measurement. 

Menarini Asia-Pacific has appointed PHD (Omnicom Media Group) to consolidate its regional media mandate following a competitive pitch started in June 2025, expanding the agency’s remit to seven new markets: India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Korea, on top of existing partnerships in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and the Philippines. The two-year deal, effective January 1, 2026 and led from PHD’s Singapore hub, leverages the Omni AI platform for integrated strategy and efficiency, with estimated billings of $20 million.

Carat has renewed its media partnership with Revo Fitness for another three years, extending a collaboration that has supported the brand’s rapid national expansion, including over 20 new gym openings and the rebrand of Victoria’s Crunch Fitness sites in 2025. The agency’s Western Australia team will continue managing media planning and buying across Revo’s national network, focusing on membership growth, retention and brand positioning. 

TBWA\Singapore has launched the first APAC Innovation Centre of Excellence, backed by the Singapore Economic Development Board, to accelerate AI-led brand innovation through rapid prototyping, testing and scaling of immersive experiences using AI, robotics and spatial computing. The Lab addresses brands’ need to match evolving customer expectations with credible, commercially viable ideas, collapsing timelines from insight to production and focusing on real-world impact over hype. Led by CEO Mandy Wong and head of innovation Mel Daniels, it builds on proven work in arts engagement and AI agents while upskilling talent for hybrid creative-tech roles. 

FWD Hong Kong has appointed Queenie Lam as chief marketing officer for Hong Kong and Macau​, transitioning from her role as head of branding and marketing. 

Lam will lead a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth across Hong Kong and Macau for the insurer. She is tasked with shaping a distinctive brand narrative that delivers high-impact media and customer engagement initiatives. Key efforts include the popular lifestyle platform FWD MAX, strategic partnerships, and community programmes, all aligned with the brand promise of "Celebrate living". 

Lam brings over 20 years of experience in financial services marketing. She began at Bates Hong Kong (working with HSBC), followed by roles at PCCW and DBS Bank, where she spearheaded brand activations, CRM solutions, and loyalty programmes to build lasting customer connections and business growth. ​ Previously, the senior marketing leadership for FWD Hong Kong was managed by a team structure, with Lam leading customer marketing & CRM from 2017 to 2024, before taking on the role of head of branding and marketing that same year. 

​She reports to Ken Lau, managing director of Greater China and FWD Hong Kong CEO. ​

The Marketing Society has announced two new additions to its Hong Kong board:

  • Ivy Cheung, chief marketing officer at Chubb Life. Over the past 14 years, from helping launch Mox Bank as part of its founding team to shaping customer engagement at Cathay Pacific, Cheung has consistently gravitated toward ideas that challenge the status quo and create opportunities for others. 
  • Jiunn Shih, global chief marketing officer at Driscoll’s. With over two decades of experience in the FMCG and Agribusiness sectors, Shih joined Driscoll’s in September 2025 as its first CMO. Prior to that, he built a solid sales and marketing track record in senior roles at Zespri, Unilever and L’Oréal across Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

Tanium, a leader in Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), has elevated Yasir Yousuff to vice president, marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ). Yousuff brings extensive experience in regional technology marketing leadership, including senior roles with Commvault, Microsoft and Dell EMC. He joined Tanium as regional CMO in 2022. 

McCann Group New Zealand has appointed Zac Stephenson as managing director, media. The network has also elevated Terri Collier to the new group role of chief client officer. Effective March 9, Stephenson will partner with Collier to lead McCann's media business, formerly FCB Media, setting strategic and commercial direction across clients. Stephenson brings 26 years of experience covering agency transformations, media strategies and client growth in finance, entertainment, FMCG, QSR and retail. He joins from Momentum Group NZ, where he has served as managing director. He was previously at Backbeat Communications as director since August 2024. Before that role, he was managing director at EssenceMediacom, overseeing new product launches and GroupM integration across ANZ. Collier has over 20 years in media leadership, strategic planning and client partnerships across retail, financial services, FMCG and telecoms. Collier joins from Initiative Aotearoa NZ, where she served as managing director, and FCB New Zealand. Under Collier's leadership at FCB Media, the agency won Vodafone's media account in 2022. She also maintained McCann's 46-year partnership with Mitre 10, supporting its digital and data evolution. The appointments support the network's acceleration of its transition to a fully connected operating model.

M+C Saatchi has appointed Sophie Gallagher as group strategy director to lead its connections strategy offer across the agency. With more than 10 years of experience from journalism, publishing, in-house roles and agencies, she has worked with brands including Samsung, Compare Club, Universal, Sony, Audi, LVMH, The University of Sydney and Ingham’s. Most recently, she was strategy director at Clemenger BBDO from 2024 to 2026. Earlier, she held brand strategy roles at Slingshot Media Ventures and News Corp Australia. She has also led Assisterhood NSW since January 2025, managing 25 mentors and mentees for underrepresented communications professionals.​

Growth consultancy 24 Hour Business Plan has appointed Mark Coad as partner and senior advisor, spearheading its advisory services in Australia. He will oversee strategy, leadership, governance and performance, delivering client work through the firm's 4x 6-hour workshop model. With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles, was most recently CEO of IPG Mediabrands Australia from 2020 to 2025. In addition, he previously served as CEO of OMD Australia, Clemenger Harvie Edge, and PHD Australia. He was named in Campaign Asia-Pacific's inaugural 50 over 50 cohort in 2025.

Joanne Norton has joined Bastion as managing director, insights. She reports to group CEO Cheuk Chiang. Bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across insights functions, data science teams and media mix modelling, she was most recently global director of consumer insights and category strategy at Bondi Sands. Before that, she served as director of consumer and market insights ANZ at L’Oréal, sitting on the CMO ANZ management committee and leading segmentation across more than 30 brands.

Simmons has reappointed The Secret Little Agency (TSLA) to lead its integrated brand campaign for Southeast Asia following a closed pitch process. This marks the second collaboration with TSLA since their 2011 Asia platform launch, “The Definition of Sleep." The remit covers all integrated channels with plans to roll out into Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. TSLA will leverage its regional network of strategic, creative and production partners to support the expansion.

Zeno Group has appointed Khushil Vaswani as managing director of its Singapore office. Based in Singapore, he will oversee senior client relationships and multi-market work across Asia Pacific as the agency expands its corporate and fintech portfolio. He brings 20 years of experience from global agencies, delivering programmes for brands in financial services, fintech, travel, hospitality, entertainment and sports. He joins from Ruder Finn Era, where he managed five Southeast Asian markets.

Creative agency Imagination has appointed Laurel Cook as strategy director for its Australian business. She will lead insight and strategy work to ground experiences in research. With over 20 years from management consulting, agencies and immersive tech across the US, UK and Australia, she was most recently as chief customer officer at Curiious. She also has also held leadership roles including head of strategic partnerships at Corporate Diversity Pathways and communications director at Wise Institute Australia. She joins a creative team under Dan Simon, with creative director Vanessa Tucker and global creative innovation director Stephen Van Elst. Imagination Australia took silver in Campaign's Australia/New Zealand Event Marketing Agency of the Year 2025.

Supply chain consultancy Proxima has appointed Nadia Chand as marketing director. She will oversee brand visibility, supporting commercial growth and enabling talent expansion. She brings nearly eight years of B2B marketing leadership experience, most recently as marketing director, APAC at Team Lewis, where she led content marketing, lead generation and go-to-market strategies for the agency across the region. With expertise in social media marketing, lead generation, and content strategy, previously held roles with Ogilvy Public Relations, Arcis Communcations,  and Disovery Networks APAC.

Uber has appointed Ally Doubé as Asia-Pacific marketing director. Based in Tokyo, she will lead marketing across mobility, delivery, and membership in Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Her career at Uber has spanned over five years, and will now oversee regional campaigns, partnerships and a high-performance marketing culture. She was most recently director of marketing for Uber and Uber Eats Japan from 2024 to 2026.​ She will continue leading Japan marketing during the transition. Before Uber, Doubé held senior roles in strategic innovation and brand strategy at Austrade and Campbell Arnott’s.

Joy Albert has joined Netflix as vice president of communications for Asia Pacific. She was most recently as director for communications, Asia Pacific at Google. In her new role, she will report to Netflix's chief communications officer Dani Dudeck. She led Google’s regional corporate, product, internal and executive communications teams across 13 markets. She joined the tech giant in 2013, initially managing corporate and policy communications covering privacy, content, regulation and sustainability across platforms including YouTube. She also served as head of corporate communications for Asia-Pacific from 2019 to 2023, handling external comms on policy, investments and M&A. She announced the role on LinkedIn.

Singapore-based agency Bside as been appointed as strategic communications partner for the retail brand Castlery. The win followed a competitive pitch and kicked off in January for a one-year term. The agency will oversee media relations, thought leadership, and integrated storytelling. 

Untangld has been appointed as strategic brand partner for The Australian Ballet. The indie agency will collaborate with the ballet company’s in-house marketing, creative and digital teams to evolve its brand and messaging strategy. With offices in Melbourne, Sydney, and London, the agency aims to deepen audience engagement as part of the company’s global growth trajectory.
