Indian food giant Britannia has appointed Puneet Das as chief marketing officer, effective 16 February 2026. He brings over two decades of FMCG experience across India and international markets, with senior marketing and commercial roles at Marico, PepsiCo India, GSK Consumer Healthcare India and Tata Consumer Products. The company has also elevated Siddharth Gupta from general manager, marketing, to vice president, marketing. Gupta, who joined Britannia in 2018, currently leads marketing for the biscuit, wafer and snack portfolio and has around 20 years’ experience in marketing and sales. He previously held roles at Colgate-Palmolive.

Dentsu has confirmed David Halter as permanent chief practice officer for Dentsu Creative Australia and Vanessa Nicol as chief operating officer for dentsu ANZ, following successful interim stints that provided stability amid changes. Halter, ex-chief strategy officer, will enhance creative quality and client impact for brands like American Express and Adobe; Nicol will oversee ANZ operations, including AI and process improvements. 

KFC South Pacific has appointed Bridget Cooper as head of media. Cooper was previously a media & marketing consultant with Sony Pictures Entertainment in Australia and prior to that was ANZ media lead for Nestle. In a LinkedIn post Cooper expressed excitement about joining the innovative brand and working with its talented marketing team to blend creativity with impact. "Looking forward to learning from a brilliant marketing team, getting stuck in, and finally putting a lifetime of product testing to professional use. My husband is especially hopeful this improves my drive-through ordering efficiency." 

Mediacorp has appointed Virginia Lim as chief content and talent officer effective 1 April 2026, expanding her role to oversee both Content Group and Talent Hub following Doreen Neo's retirement on 31 March after over 20 years. Neo leaves a strong legacy in talent development, growing Talent Hub (including Bloomr.SG and The Celebrity Agency) to represent 250+ creators/talents with 50M+ social followers. Lim will align content and talent strategies to boost original IPs, co-productions, and regional reach for Singapore stories.

HoYoverse has appointed Robin Lau as senior global brand partnerships manager. Lau will focus on helping global brands move beyond entering gaming toward building collaborations rooted in shared ideas, geared towards long term impact. Lau was previously a global strategist at Dentsu focused on digital and entertainment. He shared a LinkedIn announcement framing the move around his belief that "the strongest partnerships are built on the collaboration of ideas," highlighting HoYoverse's cultural positioning in gaming and anime as a natural next step from his agency background. 

Havas Group ANZ has promoted Olly Taylor to chief strategy officer across its creative and media agencies, expanding his remit to unify the Village model's strategic capabilities. Taylor will tackle modern attention challenges amid the group's "Deliberately Different" positioning. Group CEO James Wright praised Taylor's role in fostering integrated, AI-enabled strategies to drive standout work in a crowded landscape. 

Kantar has appointed Rika Sharma as executive managing director for Southeast Asia and Singapore, where she'll drive growth, client partnerships, talent development, and cross-market collaboration. With over 20 years across North America and APAC, including stints as head of agency relations at Google APAC, MD at Digitas Singapore/ASEAN, and leadership roles at Ogilvy, Sharma joins to advance Kantar's consumer insights amid a complex market.

Supermassive has appointed Josh Taylor-Dadds as its first executive strategy director amid strong growth. Formerly head of strategy at TBWA\Sydney and group strategy director at Special New Zealand. In his new role, he'll enhance the agency's strategic edge across diverse briefs, from brand platforms to branded entertainment. 

Cheil South West Asia (SWA) has appointed Sungkyoon Kim as president and CEO, based in Gurgaon, to lead its 1,000-strong team across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kolkata in creative, data, tech, retail, media, and experiential disciplines. With over 30 years in marketing strategy, data analytics, and consumer psychology, Kim previously headed Digital Platform Business and DnA Center at Cheil, driving AI-powered initiatives like real-time media optimisation, LLM agents for insights, Adobe Experience Platform CRM, and India's Global Data Center. He aims to fuse human psychology with AI for transformative, high-impact marketing solutions.

The Sandpiper Group has appointed Mokka Mok to the role of deputy general manager in Hong Kong. Mok brings more than 15 years of experience in financial and corporate communications, advising global and regional clients across Asia. Based in Hong Kong, she has led regional campaigns for multinational organisations, with expertise spanning communications, executive profiling, media relations and brand storytelling. Prior to Sandpiper, Mok worked at FleishmanHillard and Weber Shandwick. Her client experience covers asset and wealth management, insurance, professional services, B2B manufacturing and technology, as well as philanthropic campaigns, family office summits and international business forums. She will work alongside Kim Spear, general manager of Sandpiper’s Hong Kong team. 

Creative agency Amplify has appointed Jordan Dale as global creative director, a newly created role. Relocating from London to Sydney, he will work across the agency’s Australia, UK and US offices, with a focus on driving creative growth in APAC. Dale joins after four years at Amplify and has previously held senior creative roles at Above+Beyond, Colenso BBDO and Ogilvy, working with brands including OnePlus, Subway, ANZ Bank and Visa. Amplify has also appointed Joel Menegazzo as creative director, following his return to Australia from Seed in late 2025. In addition, Aaron Bilham has been promoted to head of production and Caitlin Todd to senior business lead.

Digital marketing agency Global Rev Gen has elevated Bosco Anthony to chief executive officer, where he will oversee intelligent media, creative and media storytelling, and AI-powered innovation. Drawing on two decades of experience in business development, affiliate marketing, and growth strategy, he steps up from his role as chief brand officer. Based in Sydney, first joined the agency in January 2022 as head of strategy and growth. He spent over four years at communications consultancy Fensom Advisory, where he was chief strategy officer. GRG's offices spans the Philippines, Australia, the UK, and Serbia. He announced the move on LinkedIn.

Gong Cha has announced several senior marketing leadership changes across the region. The milk tea chain has promoted Maya Murasawa to head of marketing for Japan, after previously serving as marketing and menu development director since September 2025. She joined from the Walt Disney Company, where she led marketing for a decade. Jina Chung, formerly marketing director in South Korea, has been elevated to chief marketing officer for Korea and APAC. She first joined the company in March 2025. She previously led branding and marcomms at Miele X, the German manufacturer's digital marketing agency. Keaton Myburgh has been promoted to general manager for APAC. He previously served as international franchise business leader since joining in December 2023.
