Lululemon has appointed Roy Lan as regional head of marketing, Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. Lan was most recently the regional head of brand partners for Southeast Asia at Adidas. His previous experience includes roles at Samsung Electronics, ASICS and Under Armour. In his new role, Lan will lead Lululemon’s brand and community function across Southeast Asia, overseeing integrated marketing strategy, regional and local campaigns, community initiatives and omnichannel storytelling across digital, social, PR, retail and experiential channels.
Omnicom Production has appointed Melissa Chan as its chief executive officer, APAC, following Craft Worldwide, the production arm under McCann Worldgroup, which merged into Omnicom Production. Chan previously served as regional managing director of Craft Worldwide and McCann Worldgroup APAC from 2018 to 2025. Prior to that, she was regional managing director at Tag. Her earlier career includes roles at Leo Burnett and DDB Singapore.
Precious Communications has appointed Ng Chip Keng to lead its corporate and financial practice. Ng brings close to three decades of experience across agency and in-house roles, and will oversee issues and crisis management, litigation communications, PR advisory and financial services marketing. Based in Singapore, he reports to regional chief operating officer Joanna Ong and joins the senior leadership team, advising global and regional C-suite clients. His career includes senior leadership roles at global communications consultancies, as well as client-side positions leading branding and communications for RHTLaw Taylor Wessing and Sembcorp Industries.

Together, Reds and KBD are pushing beyond traditional content calendars into a new era of standout social content designed to improve ROI, while simultaneously strengthening the brand’s internal capability to use social as a prominent, high-impact marketing platform. The partnership commences immediately with the first campaign expected to launch in market Q1, 2026.

Software company Databricks has appointed Jeremy Cooper as vice president of marketing, Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ). Based in Australia, he will lead regional marketing strategy and execution, driving brand presence, revenue growth, and pipeline generation across the region. Bringing more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience across high-growth cloud and enterprise software, he was most recently head of marketing for Amazon Web Services in Asia Pacific and Japan, and has also held senior leadership roles at tech companies including Salesforce, Google, and LinkedIn, where he helped shape global go-to-market programmes and category-defining brands.
Hindustan Unilever has appointed Abhinav Ravikumar as chief marketing officer, personal care India, effective immediately. Based in Mumbai, he will lead marketing strategy for HUL’s personal care portfolio in India. His tenure with the brand spans 12 years, holding leadership roles across brand management and e-commerce. He was most recently global brand director for Lux and Lifebuoy and previously general manager for e-commerce and prestige retail in India, where he led a 150-member team driving growth, market share, and profitability across digital and retail channels. He began his career in 2011 as a sales and marketing intern at Unilever Philippines before climbing the ranks. He announced the move on LinkedIn.
Dementia Australia has appointed creative agency BMF and research agency Fiftyfive5, part of Accenture Song, to develop a national public health awareness and education campaign aimed at protecting the brains of Australian children. Backed by a two-year funding commitment from the Australian Government, the campaign will focus on educating communities about the long-term risks of head trauma and the importance of early intervention.

Eugene Lee, Chagee vice president and chief marketing officer, has taken expanded responsibilities of overseeing the government affairs & public relations portfolio for its APAC business. He will work with Katrina Khoe Chagee’s regional communications manager, as he shared via a LinkedIn post. Lee joined Chagee last April, following his departure from McDonald’s, where he spent 15 years rising through the ranks to lead marketing across 80 global markets as international CMO.
Independent digital marketing agency Sparro by Brainlabs has been appointed as the media partner for Aurora Expeditions, the polar expedition and small-ship cruising specialist. The partnership comes as the Certified B Corporation seeks to expand its global footprint. The agency will implement a robust data and analytics framework to track and optimise performance across the entire funnel, from initial awareness of remote destinations like Antarctica and the Arctic, through to high-value bookings.
Monks has appointed Mihir Dhairyawan as executive creative director, South East Asia, effective immediately. Bringing over two decades of creative experience, Dhairyawan will lead the creative vision for Monks South East Asia, reporting to and working closely with Munas Van Boonstra, managing director of Monks South East Asia.
U Mobile, a Malaysian mobile telco provider, has named Naga DDB Tribal as its creative agency of record. The appointment, which follows a multi-agency pitch, officially began on January 1, 2026. Under the new mandate, Naga DDB Tribal will support U Mobile’s brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and always-on creative development across key consumer and product initiatives.
Zoe Cheng has been promoted to IAB Hong Kong Measurement Committee Member Team Lead since January. Cheng joined IAB Hong Kong in 2024 as a Measurement Committee Member. Prior to IAB, she was commercial director for Ekimetrics APAC. She also worked for X2 Creative and Cosmose Inc. before that.
