The Singapore Tourism Board has retained Maker Lab as its creative agency for social media under a two-year contract. First appointed in 2024, Maker Lab will continue to oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community management for Visit Singapore. In addition to this account win, Maker Lab recently took over KFC Singapore's creative and social media agency under a three-year tenure from Q1 2026.

Good People Network has elevated Swastika Rahmadani to executive creative director. Bringing nearly 10 years of experience in copywriting and creative strategy, she first joined the boutique agency in 2024 as creative director. Prior to that, she was creative group head at Romp. 

Software company JFrog has appointed Genefa Murphy as chief marketing officer, effective immediately. With over 15 years of experience in business development, product marketing, and content strategy, she was most recently chief marketing and content officer at Udemy. She also held C-suite and senior marketing leadership roles at Five9, Micro Focus, and Hewlett-Packard. JFrog has a growing APAC presence, with offices in India, Japan, and Singapore.

HomeTeamNS has appointed We Communications to oversee its editorial, video, and social media content for its digital magazine, Frontline. Under this new remit, the agency will spearhead human-centred storytelling that highlights the impact of National Servicemen from the Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defence Force.

Mike Nam has been promoted to HSBC head of CIB marketing, digital commercialisation - corporate & institutional banking, global, based in Hong Kong. Nam joined HSBC in 2019 as marketing manager. He was most recently senior marketing manager, digital commercialisation B2B, Asia-Pacific. Before HSBC, he was regional digital account manager, Asia-Pacific at Carat after moving from the U.S. to Hong Kong in 2017. Prior to that, he worked for Brand Networks, NBCUniversal Media and OMD in the U.S.

Adam Welch has joined Sun Life as director, communications, Asia, based in the company’s Asia regional office in Hong Kong.  Welch joins Sun Life from Edelman, where he was a director in the corporate reputation practice, advising regional and global organisations including AXA Investment Managers, Cathay Pacific, Estée Lauder Companies, Microsoft, Prudential, and the Yidan Prize Foundation. Prior to Edelman, he held senior in‑house communications leadership roles at AIA and EY, and spent nearly eight years with Commonwealth Bank of Australia across Sydney and Hong Kong.

The Coca-Cola Company has appointed Phuong Nham as marketing director, ASEAN and South Pacific. Based in Singapore, Nham was most recently chief marketing officer at Global Mind Agriculture, and previously served as head of marketing, Asia, at Vitamin Well Group. Before that, he worked at rival PepsiCo from 2021 to 2024 across Singapore and New York, holding regional and global marketing roles. He is also a Unilever and Procter & Gamble veteran.

Creative consultancy Ballsy has launched a Malaysia-based social content studio, Kaki Sosial, and appointed Becky Leng as its new managing director based in Singapore. Leng joins from NP Digital Singapore, where she was managing director. Leng joined NP Digital when it was SearchGuru as Singapore’s country head in 2015.

Sofia Tawasil has joined Goodstuph Singapore's senior creative leadership team. Originally from Manila, her experience spans regional and international brands, including Jollibee, Nestlé Koko Krunch, and KitKat. Before becoming associate creative director for Goodstuph, she served as creative team lead at Leo Burnett Manila. Prior to Leo, she worked for Dentsu and McCann Worldgroup as a copywriter in the Philippines. 

Laura Kantor has joined Canva as head of marketing for Southeast Asia, reporting to Zach Kitschke, the company’s chief marketing and communications officer. Kantor previously founded the consultancy Climate Club, which helped purpose-driven startups grow faster and more sustainably. Before that, she served as director of marketing, growth, and sustainability at Foodpanda. Her career spans both agency and brand-side roles across the UK, Sydney, and Singapore, including positions at Bupa and Ogilvy & Mather.

Dentsu Malaysia has been appointed by water, air, and home wellness company Coway Malaysia to lead the creative for its key product campaigns, following a competitive pitch. Dentsu will work on marketing efforts for new product launches and brand activations across multiple touchpoints to enhance Coway's audience connection and engagement across the market.

The Lego Group has elevated Kiki Chan to marketing director for Lego Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. Chan joined Lego in 2016 and was most recently senior brand marketing manager. In the new role, she will report to the general manager of the region, Ivan Zeng. Before that, she worked at L'Oréal Hong Kong in various capacities. 

Indie media agency The Media Shop Group has appointed Jason Tan to the newly created role of chief operating officer and managing partner. Tan brings nearly 18 years of experience across planning, digital media activation and new business development. Most recently, he was at Jolt Digital in the general manager role, leading the Singapore and Vietnam hubs. He's also had stints at Publicis Media and senior roles at Zenith, Neo@Ogilvy and Universal McCann.

Goodstuph Thailand has promoted Swastika Rahmadani to executive creative director. Rahmadani joined the agency two years ago as creative director. Before that, Rahmadani served as creative group head at Romp and as senior copy editor at MullenLowe in Indonesia.

JFrog Ltd, the Liquid Software company, has appointed Genefa Murphy as chief marketing officer, effective immediately. Murphy comes from a strong background in software product management and go-to-market leadership and was most recently chief marketing and content officer at AI-powered skills platform Udemy. She has previously served in CMO roles at Five9, Micro Focus and HP Enterprise.

Siew Ting Foo has joined InfluenConnect as a strategic advisor. She brings more than 25 years of global brand-building experience across Unilever, Mars, Diageo, Fonterra, and, most recently, as HP’s global chief brand & insights officer and Asia Pacific Japan CMO. Recognised six times by Campaign Asia-Pacific Power List, she also serves on the board of The Marketing Society and RSVP Singapore, where she is chairman of the strategic communications committee. InfluenConnect is a SaaS influencer marketing platform built to champion diversity, transparency, and meaningful brand-creator partnerships.

Lingzi Yue has joined The Trade Desk as senior director of China. Yue was most recently at Google China as sales lead and was recognised as Campaign’s Women to Watch Greater China in 2021. At the time of her recognition, she was the managing director at Holmes&Marchant (now Elmwood) in China, where she spent nearly eight years. Earlier in her career, she worked at The Brand Union.
