Canon rolls out digital drive

HONG KONG - Canon has launched a digital campaign for its Pixma printer that allows users to mail image postcards to themselves and their friends.

Created by e-Crusade, the campaign aims to educate audiences by having them see the printing process of their own photographs as it happens. Users do this by uploading their own photos, and watching the virtual process as they are printed. The images are turned into personalised postcards and can be mailed to friends.

According to e-Crusade, the campaign is titled ‘Story. The Sequel’‚ because the personalised postcard becomes a sequel‚ of the original photograph.
