Burson-Marsteller wins global business for Cool nrg

SYDNEY - Public relations agency Burson-Marsteller has been appointed to the global PR business of Cool nrg, a for-profit social enterprise dedicated to action on climate change.

Burson-Marsteller will roll out campaigns through China, Europe, the UK and the US. The appointment will focus on promoting 'residential energy efficiency'.

PR duties include educating corporate executives. The organisation's long-term goal is to reach out to the United Nations decision-makers and government officials during the Copenhagen climate talks in December.

Cool nrg is based in Melbourne and develops energy efficiency campaigns in developing nations.
