There are a few category changes for the awards, which will be presented in April.

APAC Effie awards issues call for entries

The APAC Effie awards announced its call for entries for the April 2019 awards.

Charles Cadell, president of McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific and President/CEO of McCann Worldgroup Japan, is leading the awards for the second year.

An Influencer category has been added, along with the following changes, accoridng to the organisers:

  • Data-Driven: Data and Technology and Programmatic have been merged.
  • Media Content Partnership: Redefined Media Partnership Activation
  • Sponsorship/Events and Engaged Community: Redefined to include engaged community.

The programme has a series of entry deadlines, running between 30 November and 7 January. Visit www.apaceffie.com for details.

The APAC Effies are organised by the Confederation of Asian Advertising Agency Associations (CAAAA) and Tenasia Group.
